However, in the event your downloaded product is defective in anyway, we will gladly replace it via email with the same product in the same format.

There are no shipping charges on downloadable products.

Merchandise that is a physical product are subject to tax (CA residence only @ 9.25%) and shipping charges which are calculated at time of check out.
